WA regions the winners as department renews access to grant opportunities via CRCs
Posted on 16 Jun 2026
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development in Western Australia (DPIRD WA) has…
A multi-user membership gives up to 10 people the same access as a single-user account.
Each person has their own login:
Subscription owner: the member who purchased the multi-user membership.
Added subscriber: a member added by the subscription owner.
How do I upgrade to a multi-user membership?
Has your team grown? If you have a single-user account, you can upgrade to multi-user at any time:
Go to Subscriptions.
Click Renew here.
Tick Renew and Upgrade to Multi-user.
Permissions
| Access | Subscription owner | Added subscriber |
|---|---|---|
| Own unique login | Yes | Yes |
| Access to the grants database and grantseeker tools | Yes | Yes |
| Add or remove users | Yes | No |
| Receive renewal notices | Yes | No |
| Transfer subscription ownership | Yes | No |
Adding and managing users
The subscription owner can add or remove subscribers at any time during the membership:
Go to Subscriptions.
Next to Manage Subscriptions, select the click here link.
Add or remove subscribers.
When a new subscriber is added, they will be sent an automated email confirming they have been added to the membership and instructions to set up their account. We recommend all new users explore help resources for members to get the most out of their membership.
Our account owner is leaving. How do we transfer ownership?
The subscription owner can transfer ownership from the Manage Subscriptions page.
If the subscription owner has already left your organisation, contact the Funding Centre team and we'll assign a new owner.
Can two people share one login?
No. Each person should have their own login. Grant lists, alerts, Drafter application drafts and tasks are saved separately for each user.
We need more than 10 users. Can you help?
Yes. We offer:
Bulk subscriptions for 11 to 1,000+ users: ideal for larger teams or those supporting communities.
SmartySearch: a window into Funding Centre’s grants database that is designed for local councils and member bodies.
Contact us or book a chat to find out more about bulk subscriptions and SmartySearch.
